1 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup water

1 banana(room temperature)

1/2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup milk

1/8 cup Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup ice

Toppings: mint leaf, Frozen raspberry




Step 1

In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until creamy.

Step 2

Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaf and frozen raspberry if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

1. Smoothies are best eaten immediately but you can store this raspberry smoothie in a covered jar or sealed container in the fridge where it will last for up to a day.
