Pinwheel Sandwiches with a Mustard and Mayo Dip

These easy, and quick pinwheel sandwiches are the perfect appetizer for lunch and are always a hit at parties or family gatherings. They require no cooking and are perfect for a healthy snack and an amazing lunch option for kids.

Ingredients

4 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced

8 butter lettuce leaves

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

500g sliced turkey breast

⅓ cup mayonnaise

500g baked ham, sliced

4 flour tortillas(10 inches)

Mustard and Mayo dip for serving(optional)


Directions


Step 1

Combine mayonnaise and ranch seasoning in a small bowl. Place the tortillas on a neat surface and evenly spread each tortilla with the mayonnaise mixture.


Step 2

Lay 3 slices of cheese in a line on top of the mayonnaise mixture in the middle of the tortilla. Place the ham and turkey on top of the cheese, then place 3 lettuce leaves on top of the meat and roll up tightly.


Step 3

To serve, slice into 1-inch rounds and secure with toothpicks if desired for easy dipping. Enjoy served with Mustard and Mayo dip.


Recipe Notes

To make ahead, wrap with plastic wrap and place in a casserole pan, then store in the fridge seam side down. Slice when you are ready to serve.
