I'm constantly looking for new ways to add healthy ingredients to my diet. I recently discovered matcha powder, and I have since been adding it to my morning smoothie. It’s super healthy and tastes so good. Matcha powder is a vivid green tea powder that is rich in antioxidants and other health benefits. Ingredients
2 cups frozen mango
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
2 cups spinach
2 teaspoons honey
1 frozen banana
2 cups almond milk
1 teaspoon matcha powder

Directions
Step 1
Place the almond milk, spinach, and matcha powder in a blender. Blend for about 25-30 seconds or until smooth.
Step 2
Add the frozen banana, frozen mango, honey, and ground flaxseeds. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy at once.
Recipe Notes
1. Slice the bananas into pieces before you freeze them. This helps them blend with ease.
2. Almond milk can be replaced with soy, coconut, rice, or dairy milk.
