1/2 pint of grape tomatoes, halved

8 ounces rotini of pasta

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 long English cucumber, diced

1/4 cup pitted olives, sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, cubed


1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 cup olive oil


Step 1

In a small bowl, combine red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and olive oil.

Step 2

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Then rinse under cold water.

Step 3

Place the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, and pasta in a large bowl.

Step 4

Add the dressing and toss to combine. Place the salad in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
