This incredibly delicious chocolate smoothie recipe is made with just 5 ingredients and ready in 5 minutes. Super healthy, kid-friendly, and ideal for breakfast, dessert, or snack. Feel free to add your preferred toppings for a more satisfying drink.

½ tablespoon peanut butter
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
3 ice cubes
Chocolate shavings, for garnishing(optional)
In a blender, add the milk, frozen banana, cocoa powder, vanilla, peanut butter, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or smoothie jar and top with chocolate shavings if desired. Enjoy!
1. You can add in your preferred nutritional booster like protein powder or chia seeds. You can also add your preferred veggies for a more filling smoothie if desired.
2. Add more milk if you like a thinner smoothie or add extra frozen bananas to thicken it up.
