Chocolate Chip Blondies

Chocolate chip blondies are chewy, moist, and delicious. They are made with simple pantry ingredients and are fun to make with the kids. Incredibly easy to prepare and loaded with the right amount of chocolate chips. This recipe is one of my go-to recipes and will definitely become your new family favorite.

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups dark chocolate chips
4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups light brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt

9-inch square pan
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(180°C). Use parchment paper to line a 9-inch square pan and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine butter and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs and mix to combine. Add flour and salt and mix until well incorporated.
Step 3
Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine. Transfer the batter to the prepared 9-inch square pan.
Step 4
Bake for about 35- 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with moist crumbs and the blondies are lightly browned around the edges.
Step 5
Leave to cool in the pan for about 18-20 minutes before you lift them out with the parchment paper.
Step 6
Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely before you slice.
Recipe Notes
Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
