This blueberry smoothie is a quick and healthy breakfast option and an amazing way to use your frozen or fresh blueberries. Super creamy, delicious, refreshing, and kid-friendly!

Ingredients
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1½ cups milk, dairy or non-dairy
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 containers of plain yogurt
Toppings(optional)
fresh blueberries
mint sprig
Directions
Step 1
Place the milk, blueberries, nutmeg, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with blueberries and mint sprig if desired.
Recipe Notes
1. You can add other frozen fruits like bananas, strawberries, raspberries, mango, or apples if desired.
2. For a more protein-packed smoothie, you can add a spoonful of vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, or flax seeds.
3. This smoothie already tastes delicious, but you can make it sweeter with a sprinkle of maple syrup, honey, or your preferred sweetener.
